As Olean's Only Coworking Space, The Hub Olean was designed and built by entrepreneurs, for entrepreneurs.  It is located on the 4th floor of the OBDC Building at Laine Place in the heart of downtown Olean. 

Our mission is to provide a transformative environment that enables entrepreneurs and local businesspeople to thrive in a collaborative way. The main Coworking Space is home to Free Wi-Fi, innovative technologies, along with snacks & refreshments.

Our vision is to serve as the center of the entrepreneurial ecosystem and community in the greater Olean area.

As part of our growing entrepreneurial community, we partner with a variety of organizations, including Jamestown Community College, Olean Business Development, and the St. Bonaventure University Entrepreneurship Center.
