The Hub – Entrepreneurial Coworking Space
This nearly 1,600 square foot open space is the heart of The Hub and is located on the 4th floor of the Olean Business Development Building (301 N Union Street, Olean NY 14760). The space was created from largely untouched storage space during building renovation and features the original brick wall and hardwood floors from the 1895 structure. The modern coworking space is popular among entrepreneurs for meeting and collaboration and has served as the home location for several programs supporting new businesses in Olean. Access to the space is available on a membership basis. If you need a space to jam on your ideas with good WiFi, comfortable chairs and table space, then this is the place. You might just meet someone with similar interests and challenges that may help you advance to the next level for your business.

The Hub – Private Offices
For those entrepreneurs needing a little more regular privacy, The Hub also offers 6 private offices ranging from 182 sq ft to 195 sq ft. All offices feature excellent views of downtown Olean and beyond and are equipped with lighting, electric, wired and wireless internet. The offices are available to rent as a desk only or entire office.


OBDC – Erick J. Laine Boardroom
As part of The Hub offering, scheduling of the OBDC building’s Erick J. Laine Boardroom, with seating for 15-20 people, is available for a limited number of hours each month as part of the membership package. In addition, Hub members can rent the space for longer timeframes, pending availability, at a reduced rate from the general public.

OBDC – Sister Margaret Carney Lecture Hall

In addition, Hub members can rent the space for longer timeframes, pending availability, at a reduced rate from the general public.
